For thousands of years women have been helping women give birth in a natural, supportive environment. As modern day medicine has advanced, the birth process has become a technological event. Instead of celebrating birth as a natural process, birth has become a condition that must be 'managed'.
As a DONA trained labor support doula, it is my goal to help women reclaim their birth experience. You have the right to make informed choices for your birth, and I would be honored to support you as you create your own unique birth story.
